I have been able to connect and provide support to anyone who struggles with low self-esteem, low self-worth, engages in negative self-talk, and those who struggle to speak up for themselves. I promote and educate clients on proper sleep hygiene and the importance of having a good balance between work and personal life.
I believe in helping others at their own pace and providing assistance and guidance to the answers that they seek. My approach is to have unconditional positive regard, as well as being empathetic and patient. My goal is to help you feel comfortable with expressing yourself while we work through your concerns step by step so that you can build up the confidence to achieve your goals.

Kaeryann is great. She listens and is very insightful. I’ve truly loved having her as my therapist

Kearyann is a great listener with calming energy which makes her a very attentive therapist that makes sure I’m being heard. I talk a lot and ask for advice about how to manage overwhelming situations and she provides me with lots of reassurance and tips on how to shift my mindset about things. I love that she remembers all details and I don’t have to remind her of who people are in my life. After speaking to her for over 3 months I have gotten better at managing my anxiety, the way I react to situations, and helping me learn more about my needs. I especially love the cultural experiences and upbringing that we can relate to because it assures me that she understands my point of view. Therapy with Kearyann has been so helpful to me because it’s a set weekly time where I get to self care and focus on myself without distractions. Time slows down when I talk with her and by the end of our session I feel positive about the week ahead. Something that makes her stand out vs others on this app is her Monday Motivation messages that I receive. These messages are reminders of the good work we’re all doing and how to be kind to ourselves which are such a good way to start the week. She’s always flexible with her time and responds quickly which makes it so easy to work with. She is my second therapist on the Better Help app and has completely changed my experience. The difference between her and my previous therapist are night and day. I’m glad to have been connected to Kearyann and see myself being a patient of hers for years to come.

Kearyann is great.
I instantly felt within our first session that she was attentive, relatable, extremely intelligent.
What I like about our talks is I don’t feel like I’m being observed, I feel like I’m talking with a friend.
Right now we all need someone to help us sort through the mess that 2020 brought. I’m happy I joined Better Help, any happy I found Kearyann!
