Keisha is a great therapist she’s great at listening. Better help paired me with someone who went to my previous almamater and she was so understanding. She also provided good insight and suggestions to help me look at my situations in a different perspective. I’ve always left her sessions feeling lighter and more hopeful. I’m grateful for my time with her.

Keisha is extremely kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable discussing the things in my life that I wanted to discuss and work on and offered me strategies which have noticeably improved my ability to deal with stressful situations as well as my anxiety and depression. I feel lucky to have matched with someone like her, and would very much recommend her services to anyone else.

Keisha has made me see therapy in a better light. I had bad experiences after the marine corps and she turned it around. She knows how to engage properly and help me open up about all the issues I’ve held in for so long. I would recommend her to not just veterans but everyday people as well.
