About me

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in CA and TX with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, which includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, career and parenting challenges, life transitions, and ADHD.

My therapy style is authentic, warm, and inviting. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution focused therapies. Although this is my approach, I believe what I do best is "meeting my client right where he or she is." As an active listener, I see my clients and their stories through the lens of humility, respect, and compassion. While I do have a set of skills, I do not see myself as "the expert"; instead, I see myself as walking alongside my clients and cultivating a safe space that facilitates the healing, breakthrough, and transformation that is needed.

My goal with each client is to co-create a treatment plan that works in seeking the changes that are needed and that speaks to your unique and specific needs.

I am honored to take part of this leg in your journey of healing and transformation. It takes courage and strength to say yes, and I can't imagine what it took to bring you here--to this moment. If you are willing and ready, I am here to partner with you in your next steps toward change.

I look forward to working with you!
