About me

Hello, and welcome to my virtual office! I would first like to acknowledge your strength and courage in taking this step toward making your mental health and wellness a priority.

To tell you a bit about my background, I am a licensed counselor in FL, MA, and OR with 10 years experience working with a variety of populations as I have strived to assist clients on their journey toward hope, growth, and healing. I am also well-versed in providing teletherapy services,.

I would describe my style as laid back and conversational in nature. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, in which the therapeutic alliance sets the foundation for successful outcomes. As an integrated therapist, I reject a “one size fits all” approach. I draw from various modalities as necessitated by the presenting issue, and believe that techniques should be tailored to individualized needs. I seek to minimize “labeling,” and strive to make a genuine human connection with clients as they share their unique worldview and experiences.

Ultimately, I believe it is the client who is the expert of his or her own life. It is my goal to provide an empathetic space where clients feel safe and empowered to be their authentic selves and live in their truth. I look forward to working with you, and believe that together, we can foster positive change in your life.

Kellie is a wonderful person to talk to, she always hears me out, and she offers great advice. She always responds to my messages and has given me tools to work on myself even when I don’t message her. I appreciate talking with Kellie every week and I am truly grateful for the effort that she puts in to each appointment.

Kellie is the best. I just restarted therapy with her after a two year stoppage, and we picked up right where we left off. Out of the 7 or 8 therapists I have tried, Kellie is the only one who understands me and that I can relate to. She is a great listener and provides highly helpful insight into the resolution of my issues. Thanks Kellie!

I really enjoyed my sessions with Kellie, and felt like she always gave me the space to talk about the things on my mind. She is kind, open, and friendly. I hope I will be able to have more sessions with her in the future!
