About me

Shout out to you for already taking steps in working on yourself by looking at therapists!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma and Utah with 7 years of professional work experience. I enjoy and excel most working with clients ages 18-30 struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or relationship problems and are looking for a therapist who can help make the transition into adulthood a little easier. I use a solution-focused and acceptance and commitment therapy perspective. I also believe in therapy being enjoyable and fun, so expect some humor and lightheartedness to go along with your therapy treatment. I will always do my best to ensure treatment meets your unique and specific needs.

Writing this feels like bidding farewell to a dear friend, even though I know it's not goodbye. Our time together has been a journey that transformed you from a professional I turned to for help into a cherished friend and confidante.

Our sessions have given me the strength to face my fears, the wisdom to confront my doubts, and the courage to explore the depths of my soul. Through "Mindful Mondays" and every heart-to-heart conversation, not only has Kelly been my therapist but a trusted companion on this voyage of self-discovery.

The thought of not having our regular sessions is bittersweet. It feels like saying goodbye to a confidante, but I find solace in the knowledge that the door of her guidance and wisdom remains open. Her support and friendship have meant more to me than words can express, and I carry the lessons she's imparted with me into the future.

While our official therapeutic journey might be coming to an end, the bond we've built and the invaluable lessons I've learned from her will continue to shape my life. So, it's not goodbye but a "see you later," as I know that our paths will cross again.

Kelly is an exceptional therapist, and her impact on my life has been nothing short of transformative. When I first sought her help, I was trapped in the tumultuous storm of a reactive and explosive marriage. But under her guidance, I've experienced a profound shift, moving from chaos to inner peace and serenity that can only be compared to the wisdom of Buddha.

Kelly's approach to therapy is remarkable. Her deep understanding, unwavering support, and insightful guidance have allowed me to untangle the complex emotions and challenges I faced. With her by my side, I've learned to navigate my reactions, understand the source of my emotions, and cultivate inner tranquility.

Her expertise is truly unparalleled, and I cannot thank her enough for the invaluable lessons she's imparted. Kelly has not just been my therapist; she's been my guiding light on a path of personal growth and self-discovery.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking profound positive change in their lives. She has the unique ability to lead her clients from chaos to calm, helping them find the peace and serenity they deserve. Kelly's therapeutic prowess has been a true blessing in my life.

She has been an amazing and productive therapist for me since last year. She is very talented and listens and cares about whatever situation you are in, whether it is current or in the past. The skills she has given me have helped me out tremendously and I wouldn't have been the person I am today without her provided me with them. She is just very caring and that is what I LOVE about her. Thankfully I was a match with her.

Kelly was so lovely to work with. She's very guiding between and during sessions, so if you show up to therapy and you're like "I'm fine now but three days ago I was really struggling, not sure how to address it" she will give you prompts and ask questions that are more than "how was your week?". It's really nice to be led in this context. She gave me a few insights that I think will stay with me forever!
