Kelly is focusing on how to take better care of myself while being my mom’s caregiver at the same time. I’m working on goals off of a spreadsheet she recommended. Kelly has done an amazing job of opening up my view of my struggles and given me more ways of deep thinking to help work on my mental health. She clicks very well with your emotions and allows you to be yourself while also focusing on how you are feeling while on a call together.
