Welcome, my names Kelly a qualified integrative counsellor dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental wellness and lead a healthier life. With a diverse range of training and experience, I offer personalised therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I have extensive experience working with clients from various backgrounds and ages, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. My training includes specialised models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This diverse background enables me to adapt my approach to suit your specific needs and preferences.
I hold a FdSc degree as an integrative counsellor, and hold qualifications as a CBT therapist, I have combining knowledge and training from multiple therapeutic modalities. My training has equipped me with a deep understanding of effective counselling techniques. I continually update my skills and knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
In my practice, I create a safe, warm, empathetic, confidential, professional and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and understanding, allowing us to work collaboratively towards your goals. I offer short-term, long-term, single session, and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.

Kelly is a lovely very understanding therapist who listens and takes in all you say to her, I never feel judged about anything I say, I feel I can talk about anything in a totally safe environment.

I’ve been working with Kelly for a couple of months and this is the first time I’ve tried therapy. She is very easy to talk to, gives me lots of space to share how I am feeling and I feel like I’m really listened to. Kelly comes from a really non judgmental place, asks questions without making me feel uncomfortable and really allows me to sit with how I am feeling. I really look forward to our sessions and I know it’s having a really positive effect on my mental health and wellbeing. I am working through a relationship breakup and I really appreciate her professionalism and support in our sessions.
