Kelsey is great! She listens, is encouraging and helpful and provides great resources. I sincerely look forward to the sessions I have with her. Her non-judgmental and open-minded approach make it easy to open up and share.

I am very grateful for finding Kelsey through better help. She has an incredible ability to listen with empathy and ask curiously thoughtful questions that allow me to think in ways I couldn't do myself. I appreciate her post appointment follow up and specific journal prompts that tie into the discussions we have in our sessions. I would highly recommend Kelsey.

I came to better help in one of the most tumultuous times in my life going through a bad divorce and all the things that come with that. Kelsey immediately made me feel like a real person and that what I have to say matters. I have seen her for about 8 months and I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have the support she provides. She really listens and cares and gives “homework” that is actually helpful and healing not just the run of the mill things. I was scared to go to therapy and now I may never stop! Kelsey is not only a therapist but a sounding board for my brain and soul. Thank you for seeing me and I recommend her and better help to anyone. Literally anyone!
