About me

Since earning my master’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida in 2012, my career path has led me to gain experience working with individuals faced with a multitude of mental health diagnoses. For nearly a decade I have been working with people suffering from depression, anxiety schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anger management, low self-esteem, and trauma related issues.

My goal is to ensure that after every session you feel heard, understood, and validated. I aim to help you gain confidence navigating life's challenges and for you to feel you are not alone, someone does care, and that your problems are not insurmountable.

My extensive experience working in the mental health field allows me to pull from an eclectic assortment of theoretical backgrounds, methodologies, and therapeutic approaches and techniques. This further allows me to customize a therapeutic experience that is unique, realistic, and tailored fit to address your specific needs in ways that are in alignment with your level of comfortability, personality, spirituality, and personal lifestyle preferences

She has been most helpful in a very short time. I have already learned quite a bit. I would recommend her (and already have). :)

I started therapy at a time in my life where I really needed support. I got matched with Kelsey and she has truly been such a light in my life. She not only understands and supports me, she’s also someone I can have a good laugh with. I’m grateful to have been matched with her. My life has changed so much since talking to her and I know I’m a better person for it.
