Kendra Rascoe, LPC
About me
Let us begin to de-stigmatize mental health: people seek oil changes for the car to keep their car running or an annual physical as a part of their yearly medical routine. Mental health therapy can be seen as an emotional tune up. There is no shame in seeking help or support. I use an integrative and person-centered approach to be solution focused on your unique needs. Whatever reason you are seeking counseling I will be here to help process, encourage, and empower you through your therapeutic journey.
I graduated from Liberty University in 2013 with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental/behavioral health field. I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families addressing a variety of issues and topics. My specialties include stress management, family systems, and life transitions.
I look forward to guiding you through this therapeutic chapter.

So far she has been great. She can tell when I’m getting upset and tries to help me work through my feelings. And she listens intently and respects what I need to say
