Kenny is personable, friendly and sensitive. I felt heard and was able to connect with him in our first meeting.

Kenny is AMAZING at helping navigate through your stress/anxiety/depression/WHATEVER it i! I have been seeing for just a couple months but his expertise in what he has had me do as far as breathing/meditation techniques has COMPLETELY changed my life! I would recommend Kenny for ANYONE that struggles with ANYTHING! He is FULL of so much knowledge to help you navigate yourself to a better life.

Kenny has been amazing to work with, it feels like he really gets me and his personal anecdotes help give perspective to the issues I'm dealing with in my own life. Lastly, he listens to my rambling and rantings and makes me feel normal. Thank you, brother.

Kenny is a casual, easy going guy that relates to me. It's much easier talking to someone who can chit chat about the real stuff rather than rant and rave about stuff above you. Kenny has used real life experiences to relate to similar issues to mine and it helps me understand myself and my situations.

This is my first experience with therapy and Kenny has been a life changing help for me. He’s understanding, caring and really takes the time to learn about my situations and help me to solve issues I’m having. He remembers names of people in my family, my situation and I just feel like he really cares. Amazing person.
