Mr. Young has truly been the first therapist to give me practical tools to use every single session. In fact, he’s the first to give me tools period. And they all work. He adapts them to my life and my way of thinking.. He listens to me. He makes me feel like at least one person cares about me. And that I can tell him anything without judgment. Just wonderful, fantastic, everything I need. I just can’t thank him enough.

I can't recommend this therapy enough. My therapist has been a compassionate, insightful guide on my journey toward healing and self-discovery. Each session feels like a safe space where I'm truly heard and understood. The progress I've made in managing my anxiety and improving my overall well-being is beyond what I expected. This experience has been life-changing, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support I've received.

Kenneth is outstanding. He listens, analyzes, and then communicates extremely well. He and I have talked through a lot in a short amount of time and I have found a lot of clarity and resolution in our conversations.
