I have had 2 sessions with Kenya and I feel a genuine sense of relief and gratitude already. She allows me to speak while being and feeling heard without judgement or a rush to solve the problem. She assesses what you’re bringing to the table with openness, transparency, and insight for next steps.

Kenya has been great. She’s listened to my experiences, concerns & struggles. She’s provided valuable feedback and has opened my eyes to a few things I wasn’t aware about myself. She’s also aided me by providing some very useful worksheets.
