Kenya is great, she makes me feel heard, she validates my feelings and helps me release all my pent up emotions. She allows me to speak without judgements, & I am glad I chose her as my therapist!

Kenya has been great. She’s listened to my experiences, concerns & struggles. She’s provided valuable feedback and has opened my eyes to a few things I wasn’t aware about myself. She’s also aided me by providing some very useful worksheets.

She was amazing, straightforward, honest and helpful. I felt supported and listened to. I wish I could keep seeing her as a counselor but unfortunately my schedule has changed. I can't recommend her enough, she really listens and offers constructive, thoughtful feedback when needed!

I've only had one session and it did so much good already. Suddenly after one discussion I felt safe and understood and like she really helped me ground myself in something practical to resolve my concern.
