Peace. Happiness. Love. Success.
We seek them. We want them. As we see them within reach, we are knocked down by the challenges and difficulties of life. We find, instead, lives that are filled with anxiety, sadness, grief, trauma, loss and failure. I know this too well. I have experienced this in my own life and in the life of my clients. It does not matter where you are in your life. I have had celebrity clients at the top of their field. I have worked with gold medal athletes. I have worked with businessmen and women, housewives, families, adolescents. I have also worked with those who have lost everything to the ravishes of substance use and with men serving life in prison.
It is possible to navigate the dangerous waters of life, but you will need a guide. I am that guide. I have excellent education from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have a wealth of experience. I have over three decades of experience as a husband, father, grandfather, youth pastor, counselor and university professor. I have worked in the church, private practice (in Florida and the Bahamas), community mental health (specializing in crisis and families with at-risk-adolescents), foster care, substance abuse, juvenile justice and the prisons. I have maintained my relevance by teaching at the university level, advising a best-selling author on the psychological aspects of his book, and serving as a consultant to other mental health agencies. I have wonderful experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting issues, challenging children and teenagers, grief, trauma, substance use issues, family and relationship issues, LGBT issues, and other issues and concerns. I have helped my clients find peace with themselves, with others and in their situations. I have helped my clients find happiness, even amid loss. I have helped my clients find belonging and love in healthy and supportive relationships. I have helped my clients increase their ability to succeed by changing their thinking.
One of the foundations of my life and my work was written by M. Scott Peck in The Road Less Travelled. He wrote, “Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths… Life is a series of problems. Do we want to moan about them or solve them? Do we want to teach our children to solve them?” Let’s start today to solve some of life’s problems and to begin to grasp peace, happiness, love and success.

Kerry has been key to helping me get well. I was suffering from panic attacks and a sense of overwhelmingness. My brain was not functioning properly and any small task seemed impossible. While I’ve had mild anxiety most of my life, i had never experienced the sudden onset of severe anxiety and panic until recently. Interestingly, it began 6 days after my first case of covid. I believe God used Kerry to help me get better. His spiritual wisdom was invaluable and he imparted much of it to me. Today, i am completely healed, restored and the severe anxiety and panic have been gone for a week now. I would definitely seek out Kerry again if I ever need help in this area in the future.

I had my first session with Kerry Little on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 and left feeling that this is whom I can see helping me through past childhood trauma. Kerry impressed me with his demeanor, understanding, capability, humor, knowledge and faith, as I requested a Christian counselor.
I am eager to embark on my mental health journey with Kerry as I know in my heart Kerry is the angel God provided for me.

Kerry is an incredible counsellor. There's something deeply healing about someone who understands and asks the right questions about the problems you are facing and you'll find that in Kerry. He draws from so much experience and has great examples and resources, he also checks in regularily outside of sessions, which is fantastic for reinforcement and making his counsel feel more like a dialogue. Paired with his great personality, it makes the whole therapy experience much more humanistic and personal rather than something coldly clinical. Would recommend Kerry to anyone. Great work!

Kerry is the most amazing Consular I spoke to. He understands directly your concerns and asks you deep questions because he will be so much focused on your case but also analyse very well. You will feel comfortable speaking to him from the first session. I tried other Consulars but non was a good as him, the only issue that he may not be available all of time even though he managed to add me a session before the end of my subscrition, I'm really grateful to him. He has so much experience that helps him to identify the problem you have and send you so much helpful documents and check on you almost on a daily basis that other Consulars don't. I will definitely recommand him to any one needs a psychologist and myself I kept his name to choose him again in the future whenever I can affore new sessions. One more thing in very short time he could help me to come over my issues. Really good job Kerry and Thank you so so much again.
