About me

I am an experienced Humanistic Integrative therapist.
I aim to help clients find their true path in life enabling self awareness, change and growth through a therapeutic relationship. I provide warmth in a non judgemental , empathic space where we can explore what may be holding you back or causing you distress. Raising awareness of yourself as we work together through reflecting and compassionate reframing , enables you to understand yourself and make better decisions.
I always keep your best interests at the heart of everything enabling you to reach your full potential.
I work in a Relational way enabling autonomy with particular interests in trauma, depression and anxiety , plus healing from infidelity and addictions. I hope to help you work through any limiting beliefs about yourself and help you build the best relationship with yourself and subsequently others. We are ever developing and I help you to stay in the moment and feel the joy of that experience.
