Hello! I am a licensed therapist in New Mexico and a proud native of this beautiful state. With over 13 years of professional experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through various life challenges. My areas of expertise include stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, and anger management.
As a mother of four and a grandmother of six, I bring a deep understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of personal relationships to my practice. My approach is centered on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process that empowers you to express yourself and work towards meaningful change.
