I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana providing individual therapy for adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues. I have 9 years experience working with a wide range of problems including, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and substance abuse. The foundation of my counseling approach is to provide a non-judgmental, accepting, and empathetic environment where you will feel free to explore and process whatever challenges you are facing. I take a client centered approach where we will work together to create solutions to help you set and achieve your goals. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and specialize in PTSD and trauma related issues. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR therapy, both of which are proven and effective therapeutic approach to heal from PTSD and trauma related issues.
