I am licensed in Tennessee with 24 years of professional work experience. My experience includes expertise in helping clients with trauma and abuse, as well as with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, & depression utilizing including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and other evidence based interventions. I enjoy working with both adolescent and adult clients to achieve their goals and establish a safe environment for my clients to feel free to talk without judgement.
