Kimberly is genuine and honest, while still being kind with her advice. I believe there are simply too many therapists who do not hold their patients accountable. Kimberly does hold me accountable to make better decisions in life, but she has a gift for messaging it.

My Counselor is spot on for me. She offers various tools for me to use daily. I like the homework. We always set weekly goals. She challenges me. What I especially like is that she remembers me and my details not like she's looking at her notes from the previous week and has to refresh her memory she genuinely gets to know you.

I’ve been working with Kimberly for a few months now and she has been super helpful. Together we have come up with tactics that will help me change my behaviors to be the best version of myself that I can be. We have been working on my self confidence and things I can do in my life to help boost that. She has helped me take a hold of my addictions and I’m continuing to make progress. Kim listens well and gives good feedback she makes me feel like I’m not alone and that nothing is impossible to overcome when I put my mind to it. I will continue to see Kimberly once a month but with her help I’ve already been able to reduce my therapy which is helping me save money too!

Kimberly is amazing! She's helped me leaps and bounds the last few months. I can't say enough positive about her! But I'm kind of bummed with Better Help in general. I met with a couple therapists before Kimberly and they didn't seem to be well vetted (very unprofessional). Also, the technology is often spotty.

I was new to therapy and honestly had no idea what to expect. Talking to Kimberly on the first day was like talking to an old friend. Kimberly is always engaged and attentive to what I want or need to talk about each week. She's also very good at being observant when my week has me way stressed out and is ready to remind me that my self-care matters! Kimberly's guidance has allowed me to strengthen relationships in my life while supporting my own health and well-being. She's always great for a chuckle, as well, so even on days when counseling seems like "just another thing to do" I end up in a better mood. I'd recommend Kimberly to those looking for a counselor who can make them comfortable and welcome.
