About me
Welcome and let's get started!
I'm glad you are here.
Life can be stressful, uncertain, even painful. Maybe you are hopeful things will change, have little support, or out of options. Over time, stress can negatively affect one's health, well-being, and outlook. It takes courage to try again. Whatever you are going through, I welcome you.
You are worth it.

Together, we discuss the plan and if agreed upon, move forward, staying attuned to levels of motivation, and mindful of your pace. You can have a life worth living.

Kimberly continues to be an excellent support and help to me in my evolving circumstances. She has helped me attain a huge huge goal/dream of mine and diligently helped me break it down into small and manageable steps with her encouragement and training in numerous DBT and other skills & resources along the way, making it all possible. There’s no way this achievement, as well as so many others, would have come about without her help. Her knowledge, skill, and professionalism are tremendous, and her compassionate, patient, sincere, persistent, gracious style is so very much appreciated. I like Kimberly a lot as a person and she is an exceptional therapist. I respect her in every way, and hold her in the highest regard. I am a therapist myself and recognize Kimberly‘s outstanding skill. She continues to help me through a major life-altering event, five years ago and all of the various consequences of that, as well as increasing myself awareness, self efficacy, confidence, and resilience. Kimberly’s help has been a true Godsend to me. She is tremendous and I think God for her.

Kimberly has been absolutely amazing so far! She works really hard to validate me when I'm having doubts or when I accuse myself of being irrational - she's already been such a blessing in such a short timeframe!
