About me
Congratulations on taking the first step on your journey to a happier, healthier you!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have 23 years of experience working with adults. My hope for you is that you will learn skills and feel supported in order to build the life you want to live. I pull heavily from mindfulness-based interventions including DBT, ACT, MBCT and MBSR. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure, an evidence-based, trauma-focused treatment for PTSD. My approach is very person-centered.
My areas of speciality include depression and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, BPD and other personality disorders, adjustment disorders and insomnia.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, live music, meditation, exercise and the great outdoors.
I look forward to walking your journey towards wellness with you!
