Kimberly Henry, LCSW
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Indiana. I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety and other life stressors. I am excited to work to help people identify and reach their own goals. I am also passionate about tracking behavior and helping develop insight and understanding into how their behavior indicates needs and to help develop healthy strategies to better meet those needs.
My approach in therapy is client centered with a focus on developing solutions to help my clients reach their self identified goals. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and a motivational interviewing approaches, as well as dialectical behavioral techniques as needed to help my clients develop effective strategies to achieve lasting results.
It is not easy to ask for help, nor is it always easy to make lasting changes in your life. I am here to help you identify what you need and empower you to reach your personal goals for emotional success.
Because of professional restrictions, I am not able serve clients currently involved with The Indiana Department of Child Services.
