About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida, with 12+ years of professional experience helping individuals improve mental health and well-being. I have experience working with those struggling with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, neglect, depression, grief and loss and coping with life changes. My counseling philosophy is to meet you wherever you are in life's journey and working alongside you to build on the strengths that will assist you in learning to cope and overcome challenges, past or present. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental and accepting atmosphere where I am committed to supporting you and your values to reach your potential and move forward. My therapeutic approach is a combination of person-centered, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy styles.
