Kimberly Ochester has been very helpful to me since my therapy started in December of the past year. She has gotten me to figure out different areas that I know that I needed to improve on and gave me great suggestions and support. I feel much better and happier about my current life since I started the therapy. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Kim is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anxiety and anxiety-related disorders. She was able to offer practical life solutions for every day anxieties that helped me tremendously. She got me to realize that my standards were not realistic (rather perfectionistic), and she walked me through how to cope with daily stress resulting from fear and fear of failure. She is also very non-judgmental and professional. I learned a lot during our time together.
