About me

I am a Utah licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people to meet their life goals and to thrive. Join me as we create the life that you want and deserve!

I have worked with people ages 6 through senior. I can assist parents with behavioral management for children and teens, as well as family relationships issues. With adults, I use a combination of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional freedom technique (EFT). I have specialized experience in working with individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder and also neuropsychological impairment due to TBI or other conditions.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & English Literature from Cornell University. I have a Master's in Counseling from Florida State University. I obtained my Doctor of Psychology from Florida Tech with a Clinical Psychology major. I have post-graduate training in neuropsychological assessment. I also have a post doc Masters in Clinical Psychopharmacology.

My recreational interests include cooking & baking gourmet food; companion animals; organic gardening; yoga; kickboxing; and non-denominational spirituality with an active meditation practice.
