I had overwhelming anxiety that has been effecting my health for years, and especially the past few months. After contemplating suicide so I wouldn't have to put up with all of my stress, anxiety, and lot's of more personal things going wrong I decided to try out BetterHelp and got matched with Dr. Walsh. She has been very kind with what she says, and tells me what I NEED to hear. She has been very resourceful in the worksheets she has provided, and very great and helping me when I send an urgent message. 10/10 would therapy again
