We will work together through the concerns that brought you here and towards a manageable plan to make changes. Together we can develop goals, strengthening the abilities you already have and move towards living the life you want. We can develop a better understanding of your choices, what control you have within them and the impact this has in your life. Your empowerment to make the changes you want is within you and I am here to support you on this journey. I look forward to speaking with you and starting this new experience.

Reviews

This has been a fantastic experience and Kim has been a great therapist so far. She listens completely and I feel very comfortable with her. The process is simple and really user friendly. And the virtual experience takes nothing away from the therapy if anything doing it from my couch feels more relaxing. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who needs someone to talk to or anyone going through a difficult time in their lives.

Kimberly has been such a huge help during this difficult period that I am going through right now. She has really provided me with amazing guidance to navigate through such tough times. I look forward to the many more sessions that we have together. This is my first time doing any type of therapy and she has made me feel very comfortable with sharing.

The best use of my money. Kim is an advocate and a partner in this journey of life. She understands my challenges, and works to frame obstacles with tools for success. She is responsive and engaged.

Kimberly is a phenomenal counselor. She’s a great listener and checks in with me to make sure she understands what I’ve said. She makes a point to write down and remember the names of my friends and family members, and she references people by name week to week and checks in about things that I’ve mentioned in past sessions. She also watches videos and listens to podcast episodes that I send her, and she recommends great resources. I feel heard, seen, and like she’s invested in our relationship. Kimberly also has a great sense of humor, and our sessions easily and organically transition from laughter to talking about more serious topics and feelings. She’s great, and I’m looking forward to more sessions with her and growing our relationship.
