Kind, intelligent, thoughtful, resourceful, patient, empathetic, encouraging... The list of positive traits for Kirsten is endless. She is by far the best counselor I’ve seen in my past 15 years of attending therapy (with a number of different people). Talking to her is not only helpful, but a delight as well. And her cat is cute, too!

Kirsten is a very attentive listener and provides many alternatives to dealing with personal issues and concerns. She is easy to talk to and gives a sense of openness and empathy. I really like her "let's try natural" first approach and it is refreshing in our modern world of pharmaceutical conglomerate control of medicines.

I've only had one live session with her, but we are always messaging because I have young kids and it's hard for me to break away at times. But in just one live session she helped me understand in depth so much of what happens scientifically, but in easy to understand ways, what my body is doing with the type of stress I'm under. Her voice is also very calming. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Starting therapy with K. Berlin has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. She’s been so helpful. I’ve had 3 other therapist in the past and feel most comfortable working with her. Not only was I at one of the lowest places mentally that I’ve ever been but allot of things have happened during my time seeing her and she’s been absolutely needed to get over those hurdles. I look forward to my appointments and feel like I’m able to have an outlet as well as receive guidance on how to get through and handle things. Overall she’s helping me learn how to regulate my emotions and handle big problems and big feelings. I’m a better person for it.

I have been seeing Kirsten Berlin for about 4-5 months now. She is an amazing therapist and works very intensely with any issues I may throw at her. I’m up and down with anxiety, depression and panic and Kirsten always offers tools to help in any situation I may be. She has assigned reflection “homework” to remind me of ways to overcome fears or to accept situations and view them from new perspectives. I am a work in progress and Kirsten is extremely supportive.

Kirsten has been a blessing right from the start of working with her. I met with her after having experienced a series of personal traumas, and she put me at ease while I was in a very vulnerable state. She has been patient and attentive, and has provided a lot of wisdom that has helped me begin to heal in meaningful ways that I know will have a lasting impact on my life.

Kirsten is the most caring mental health provider that I have ever had the privilege of working with. I am thankful for her wide range of expertise and allowing me to express emotions and frustrations of living in a neurodivergent brain as well as having compounded traumatic experiences. I am functioning better in my daily life, which is my main concern, just after a few sessions! Kirsten is such an amazing professional who validates her patient's concerns endlessly. She has such a big heart and deeply understands the human experience & how to help us better approach that constant life long experience, which is what many of us need a lot of the time. She deeply listens with care and concern, and curates my needs and next steps based off of who I am at my core and what I like, even! I highly recommend Kirsten, she is an amazing healer and professional! Thank you for reading(:
