Kirsten King has been my therapist for almost 2 and a half years now, and after 20 years in therapy and having many, many different therapists over those years, I can confidently say that Kirsten has not only help me save my physical life in moments of crisis, but she has helped me tremendously in finding out who I really am, instead of believing all the people in my life told me who I am. I’ve never felt more heard by a therapist, more safe talking to a therapist, or noticing and feeling the progress she has absolutely been the catalyst in helping me make, than I have from Kirsten. She is truly a therapist to genuinely help people, and she empathizes with people from her very soul. I feel grateful to get to work with a wonderful therapist and person like Kirsten, thank you so much for all you do for everyone!!

I've been seeing mental health professionals off and on for the last 20+ years, and the ones who have helped me the most with healing and growing have also been the ones who are more challenging for me. Kirsten has helped me immensely by validating my trauma I've endured and helping me come to a place of acceptance without minimizing the abuse I've endured, as others sometimes do. She demonstrates practical knowledge of the hurdles I face and navigates easily between offering her guidance and offering an empathetic ear.
