About me
Welcome! My name is Kori and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of North Dakota. I received my masters degree in clinical mental health from the University of Mary in 2013. I have worked in the behavioral health field for may years in several fields including corrections, residential and outpatient programs, human service centers and private practice. I have experience with a wide variety of mental health issues. I have experience with anxiety, depression, life changes, gender identity disorders and trauma and abuse.
My counseling style is person centered and wholistic. I use a cognitive behavioral approach and motivational interviewing to help clients explore and get to know themselves better as well as the world around them to work towards their goals. I have always had an interest in helping people who are ready to take the steps needed to be their best. I k now this can be a difficult journey. I am here to help you in your journey to be the best you!
