Krista Asp, LPC
About me
I am a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in personal and relationship growth and rediscovery. I received my post graduate degree from one of the few CACREP accredited institutions, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My program focused on a wide variety of educational experiences that included cognitive and behavioral techniques to trauma focused therapy.
I have focused my practice with clients as solutions focused while maintaining an unconditional positive regard for each and every client. I am here for you and to be with you through your therapeutic journey to achieve balanced mental health within and wellbeing in your personal relationships. Each session together brings us closer to unearthing the person that you were born to be in this world.
Post graduate professional development has focused on MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction) and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I am comfortable working with individuals and couples on a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. Join me today on your path to self-discovery and healing.

Krista has been extremely helpful and very respectful with our therapy sessions. I have never made this much progress in the past with other therapists. She knows how to read my moods, get exactly what I need out of every session and how to get me to process all of my emotions in a really healthy manner. I look forward to all of our sessions and I can’t wait to continue to make progress. She has a great sense of humor and she is amazing!
