Krista Barber, LCSW
About me
Hello! My name is Krista. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 10 years. I am also a Certified Parent Coach. I have experience in counseling related to anxiety, depression, parenting, women's issues, and postpartum mood disorders. I have also worked extensively with military families.
I approach counseling with a non-judgmental attitude and aim to create a safe space for you. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work together to establish goals to meet your individual needs. My goal is to support you as you navigate your unique situation and challenges. Life can be tough, but if you are exploring Better Help, you are on the right path to prioritizing your mental health.
Note: I do have very limited availability. My only openings are in the afternoons on week days only. Please review my schedule. If you do not have availability to match my schedule, please choose another therapist. I want to ensure you receive the support you deserve!
I look forward to working with you!
