Krista Krogh, LPC
About me
Are you struggling to reach your full potential? Are you struggling to set boundaries and to put yourself first? Do you know what is really holding you back? Life can sometimes get messy and we can feel like there is no where to turn. We always have options, but sometimes our fears and doubts can get in the way of making the best choices for ourselves. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, you can have the opportunity to really get to know yourself and the strengths that will help you to reach your fullest potential. My approaches are always trauma-informed and person centered. You are the expert of your own life no matter your age. You can feel confident in who you are and learn ways to get unstuck. Through building a strong therapeutic relationship, we can find ways together to help you overcome. I have been a licensed therapist for about 5 years and have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have extensive experience working with adults and youth struggling with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and trauma-related mental health concerns. I am experienced in working with a variety of populations and believe that healing comes from understanding our life and experiences.
