Kristen is everything I needed in a therapist to help me navigate my pregnancy loss. She is kind, understanding, and truly genuine in her words. She offers words of wisdom but also will sit in the silence with me when needed too. I am so grateful for her!

I have been in and out of therapy most of my life (30 years) and never have I had a therapist who makes me feel like I'm actually understood. Kristen reminds me I won't feel like this forever and with time I can get better.
