I was comfortable with Kristen quickly and am looking forward to future sessions

I am in my ‘70’s and I have spent years working on my well being; however, the area where I needed the most work was on my inner child. Kristen has been keenly engaged in directing me to search out a relationship with my younger self and the practices she suggests have been very helpful in my self discovery.

Great therapist

Kristen really helped me to open up and address issues slowly. With my last therapist, I feel like I'm defending myself and my feelings and the things that I did. I appreciate Kristen so much and she follows up with me which makes me feel that my welfare is important to her when I felt like nobody even cares for me. Thank you Kristen!

Kristen Smith was a great therapist for many different reasons but some included being on time and responsive when I reach out through the message board or we have a session, would provide different solutions or problem solving methods for the needs or concerns I was experiencing, was helpful and respectful but also maintained her professional opinions on certain things etc. Overall had a great experience with this service as well as with this therapist.
