Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kristen Udell. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Kristen has been the perfect fit for me. She has a respectful acknowledgment of how my faith plays a role in my life and helps me develop solutions that center on that. She challenges me in ways that have helped me recognize when I am sacrificing my own emotional needs over those of other people. She’s helped me get more comfortable and to find healthy ways to communicate my feelings to others. She shares her own experiences or those she knows others have had to provide a variety of options for working through each challenging situation. I’m so grateful I found her!!

Kristen's approach to therapy is very comfortable making it easy to open up without the fear of judgment. She has been extremely helpful in helping me recognize, process, and heal while also providing me with worksheets/tools and useful skills for coping and unlearning unhealthy habits. I look forward to our sessions each week because I always come away with clearer views and overturn stones I didn't know I needed to process.

Kristen has been instrumental in helping me find different ways to deal with my anxiety and be a better communicator in personal and professional relationships. I’m in a much better place than when I started therapy.

I have enjoyed my meetings with my therapist so far! She is a great listener, gives me time to think through my answers, and is so understanding.

I have had a great experience with Kristen. She is so kind, professional, and understanding. Having someone be able to validate the things I'm feeling and help me work through them and talk about them has been so helpful. She listens well and has a clear plan and path for me moving forward. I appreciate her knowledge base and also her ability to think outside the box and look for things outside what she already knows as well.
