About me

For the past 20 years, I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor in New Jersey as well as certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, anger management, anxiety, motivation, self esteem and self confidence, communication skills & depression. Please note that my areas of expertise do not include addiction. My clinical background involves training in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution-focused therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The therapeutic process requires some degree of change and sometimes change can be uncomfortable. Taking the first step in seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
