I am a licensed therapist in the states of Georgia and Pennsylvania with several years of professional clinical experience. I assist clients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, thought disorders, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, & grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Meaning your therapy space is client centered and client led.

Session will include talk therapy, person centered guidance, mindfulness , and general health and wellness. My approach will assist you with change in mindset and behavior.
