Kristy is amazing! She truly listens to me, and together we focus on achieving my goals. I've been working with her for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with everything we’ve accomplished together.

in the month that I was in therapy, all I really have to say is that Kristy was always there to talk to me and she provided very healthy, supportive ways to get me through my anxiety. I still struggle with it, but she taught me how to control it better. I would highly recommend her.
