About me

I am an individual and therapist licensed in Colorado with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I also work with the LGBTQ community, and especially those that are experiencing gender dysphoria.

My counseling style is warm, laid-back, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution focused, empowerment. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

I can’t recommend Krystlynn enough. She’s kind, nonjudgmental, great listener and checks in with you.

I have always felt at ease talking with Krystlynn. She keeps the environment professional but also keeps pop culture items around in her video sessions to not only humanize her but make you feel as if this space is one where you can easily relax. She is knowledgeable about many issues. She is supportive, respectful and gives room for silence and pauses; and in that silence is the opportunity for new perspective and release. I could not recommend her enough.
