Kwesi Franco, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working in this field for over 24 years. I have a Masters Degree from Georgia State University and The Psychological Studies Institute. I have also garnered a Specialist degree from Georgia State University. I have worked in a multitude of settings and I am well prepared to help you with your specific needs. The counseling process is a safe place where you can grow in areas of your life and come to a greater sense of well-being over time. I come from an Adlerian and Cognitive Behavioral background. From our time together we will look at core thoughts and beliefs and beliefs that you have exhibited throughout your life. We will examine how these patterns have affected you in the past and how they are affecting you now. We will also process where these patterns may have come from and how they may have formed.
I want you to know that counseling is a process of self-discovery and you are the one in charge of the path that we go. I will be a guide assisting you along this path and encouraging you to push deeper so that you can reach the goals that you have stated. The pace will be up to you but be reminded that you will get out what you are willing to put into the process. I truly do look forward to working with you on this journey and speaking to you in future sessions.
