About me
At times we feel overwhelmed by challenges in life. This is a reality for us all. The Covid pandemic can create enormous stress and often intensifies what has been burdening us all along. Working through these challenges is extremely important and attainable.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I approach the needs of my clients individually. I utilize my experience with different therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, strength based and mindfulness based stress reduction techniques.
I am passionate about working with people to understand and overcome things such as anxiety, depression, coping with issues relating to the Covid pandemic, anger and mitigating substance use. Please feel free to contact me for more information or to set up an intake at 508-422-0024
