Kyle Collis, LMFT
About me
I am licensed in California with 9 years of professional work experience with a focus on County-based behavioral health and older adult services. In my current practice, I specialize in supporting older adults, caregivers, and their families as they learn to adjust to the challenges related to aging and relationships. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, depression, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes.
You are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My role is to assist you in highlighting those strengths and bring them to the forefront of our time together to build confidence and autonomy in your ability to work through life's twists and turns.
Taking the pluge and meeting with a therapist can feel vulnerable. I'm not here to judge you or your situation, but support you in finding ways to meet the challenges life throws at you.
