I am a mental health counselor licensed in Iowa with 5 years of experience working as a therapist with both youth and adults. I have experience working with clients who present with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, conduct-related concerns, ADHD, attachment concerns, self-esteem issues, trauma, and serious mental health diagnoses.
My therapy style is inviting and genuine. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, unconditional positive regard, and sensitivity. My approach in integrative, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and client-centered therapy and tailor our sessions based on your unique and specific needs.
