About me

You’re convinced that life can be better, but you feel stuck. You’ve tried everything you can think of to change, and you’re looking for a fresh approach.
I deal in encouragement. No gimmicks. I give you a fresh set of ears to hear what’s not working and help you find what will.
I’m trained in several therapeutic disciplines, including solution-focused brief therapy, CBT, family systems, Gottman, Adlerian, and others that fit your needs. With all that said, we’ll find what works for you.
In addition to my therapeutic experience, I had a 15-year career in the corporate world in communications and public relations. I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Texas A&M University. I am a husband and father and understand from the inside what individuals, couples and families are seeking.
listening ears, encouragement, and experience helping people find solutions is what I would like to share with you. I’ll tell you a secret: Solutions you’re looking for will most likely come from inside you. Also, my Seeing Eye dog, Abbott, is usually good for a laugh when he
occasionally snores. Let’s talk and see if we can find what you’re hunting for.
