About me

My name is Larry Ivery, Sr. and I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor with the Mental Health Services Provider designation. I also have a small private practice as well as doing adjunct teaching for in the graduate program for a Christian University. I believe in the development of the therapeutic relationship and I am very approachable. My focus is with those who have depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, or have experienced other trauma issues in their lives. My treatment approaches are CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. I do group counseling as well. I tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client.
