I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 3 years of professional work experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in mental health settings as a social services specialist, life coach, and in education as a school counselor. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting issues, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
