About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I am skilled at providing counseling for individuals and couples navigating through life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, parenting, self-esteem and identity challenges, and relationships both at work and home. My clinical passion is to help clients work through various life challenges by offering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, making transformation possible. I strongly believe change is possible and use a narrative, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approach to help my clients restore their lives and produce lasting change.
I earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
