About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s Degree in Community and School Counseling. I use a collaborative, goal-focused approach to help you explore barriers and provide strategies and practices that help you foster self-care, coping skills, and personal growth. I work with teens, young adults, and older individuals. I will create a warm, safe, non judgmental space for you to process, heal, and set manageable goals. I use mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and self-compassionate approaches in my therapy practice. My interests include working with you to help manage stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to can take courage and I am proud of you.
