I am licensed in Pennsylvania with over 14 years of experience in various settings, including school, telehealth, and community-based outpatient mental health helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I provide a safe space for clients to share their feelings as they take their first step toward better emotional awareness and mental well-being. I have have expertise in treating a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and life changes.
