Laura is very kind and encouraging. She makes me feel heard and makes me confident in my path. She is especially helpful when challenging my thoughts and ideas and relating them to trauma. I like when she comments on my patterns and my thinking. I appreciate that she identifies particular concepts for me such as abuse, as they can be very difficult to decipher. 5 stars!!
